I have no idea what kind of rear end this car has. Is there a way to find out?

It should have a posi in it; I think that was standard even with the V6 cars. If it had 2.73 gears from the factory, it has a series 2 posi. If it had 3.23 or 3.42 gears, it is a series 3.

If you're unsure about the gear ratio, autos usually had 2.73, and manuals usually had 3.23 or 3.42.

Im not sure if it's different for V6 cars, but for the V8 cars, 9 out of 10 auto cars have 2.73 gears.

Have the piece that guides the passenger seatbelt? The one that attaches to the seat.
