Parting out 99 SS
Parting out 99 SS
I am parting out a 99 SS. It is a wrecked car hit on the driver side door to quarter panel. It is a T-top car with a lot of good parts. I built this car for a friend 1200 miles ago. It has a Vortec supercharger (non intercooled) and BMR suspension. The car has 28k miles on it now. The interior is all in good shape, but the driver door panel is bent (may be fixed). It has tan seats and plastic with a black dash. The driver side window, window motor, and controls are good. The rest of the car is in excellent shape. It had about 40k invested into it, in motor, suspension, paint, and electronics. Please e-mail or call for details and prices
Thank you,

SS HOOD
The hood is damaged on the driver's side corner (by the windshield.) I am going to fix this, but have not yet had time. I will sell it as is if you are interested, but I won't have pics available for a few days. This hood is non functional due to the fact that the Vortech supercharger was installed on the car, and you have to cut the air dams to make room.
HEADERS
The car did not have headers installed before it was wrecked.
EXHAUST TIPS
The exhaust tips were changed, but I do have the SLP dual tips and aftermarket 3" round angled tips available if you're interested.
SS WING
This is an original SS wing (that I would like to put on my '98 Z.) and aftermarket never quite seem to fit right (for those of you that care about quality.) So email me a price, and if you want it more than I do, I'll sell it... Then I'll go buy my nitrous kit and I'll be so far in front of everyone they'll never know what spoiler I have
New from dealer in Roseville are $1112.68, this one is in excellent shape. I am not asking that but won't consider less then half. I know its high but It looks a lot better then a z's spoiler, and fit quality is a must.
SUSPENSION (sold)
The car had BMR boxed tubular subframe connectors, lower control arms, adjustable panhard rod, extreme torque rod (never installed), Hotchkis 2" lowering springs, and Bilstein shocks and struts. I also have all of the original suspension from the original install of the aftermarket parts.
REAR END
The rear end was stock (stock posi unit, gears, etc.) It's in good condition as far as I can tell (the car did have a supercharger on it for 1200 miles, but never made it to the track and spent it's whole pathetic life on the freeway between San Luis Obispo and Sac) I will sell the rear-end from brake to brake if interested.
PERFORMANCE
I was in the process of building the car for a friend when it was totalled. In the initial stage, I installed the Vortech Supercharger (6psi boost not intercooled) and suspension upgrades. Unfortunately he wrecked it before I could really have fun

The car was pewter with blue dual image flames from front to back (not my choice... the customer insisted, and I'm 99% sure he's color blind)
The rims were not the chrome. They were the 17" stock 5 spoke SS wheels. The center caps were not SS (I'm not sure if they were replaced before my friend bought the car or not.) One of the rims is currently being repaired, but not sure when available because a friend is fixing it for me when he has the extra time. Just email me an offer if you can wait a little while for delivery or I can pay to have the rim fixed on shop time and make the process a little faster, but the price will go up a bit (the cost of the repair).
