nope sorry no power seats, the part under stearing wheel is black with only a minor scratch on the hump the goes around the collum (sp?). all paint on interior is a silver mettalic with a bit of dark green in it. looks real nice if your car is green =) or if you just like painted interior =P. only parts that are painted are the door handle covers and shift boot plastic piece.

yes dash pad is the part with the defrost vents

I'll take some inner steering column pieces. Let me know what all goes with the high-beam switch (that goes "click" when you pull it back. I need the lever and everything attached to it I think. I'm in Denton, so I can just pick it up. How much?

trans is pending, but im looking for 500 for it. if you need any of the tranny acces. such as pedal, clutch, hydros, ect. i will throw them in free.
