Exactly, plus report him to his local police (where you sent the money). He has stolen your money. Based on the amount, it may be a felony. The part about the UPS guy coming to his house & giving him $45 is total , this is not how UPS settles claims, and they don't settle them that quickly (October to December). The sooner you take action, the sooner you will get your money.

 

You guys are wasting your time. You will NOT get a refund. He scammed me awhile (couple months ago) back with this SAME user name and told me he would refund me for about 3-4 weeks and then he just quit returning emails. Luckily paypal forced my refund but this guy is NOT going to take it upon himself to send you ANYTHING.

I just filed my claim with paypal. I put all of his old paypal addresses in the claim so they can do that research.

I've got an old Army buddy that helps his uncle with trash collection in New York City, so I guess I'll give him a call and see if he's up for a visit to Levittown. Maybe I can get the kids attention that way.

Nevermind i can see you have issues here. I think the mods should band.people like this from our site for good and the sec. They try again even under another user a $5000.00 fine or jail time MIN. This is called internet fraud and is a federal crime.

lmk if you get anywhere with paypal, i attempted but was declined since the claim was outside their bulls**t 30 day window.

 

Paypal will only do anything if the guy has any money in his account They will not withdraw it because they do not have his permission Unfortunately for us, this guy has has so many complaints that he will never have any money in his account to be paid back. He stole $60 from me.

the name Nick Dascalopoulos is the same paerson that scammed people by the name of orangesrt4. it was who I sent the money too, though for some reason I got my part when others didn't. still pissed that he's scamming people.

 

ok, well, i talked to this guy on the phone and on AIM about this 383 that he had. it was all fine and dandy for a few days and i agreed to purchase the engine from him....two days went by and i asked if i could meet him to pay for the motor. (i am within driving distance) and all of a sudden, the motor seems to have gotten itself apart, and #7 cyl just so happened to look like an atom bomb went off in it.... so, i asked him how it happened and he said it was fauly installation and it happened when he was driving a mild 40mph.... so, that proves that he knew that the motor was bad BEFORE he tried to sell it to me. i dont know if it was because i mentioned actually driving up to meet him, or what, but he did come clean. i strongly suggest not dealing with this guy unless you can actually GO TO HIM.
