I have an OBD1 PCM that has been modified internally to work in an OBD2 LT1 car. It is plug and play. Nothing needs to be changed at all, just pull out your OBD2 PCM and plug this one in. Save your original for emissions day. I can also tune this for you before i send it. I can probably find a good base tune for what ever your setup is online some place. Can make it work for either A4 or M6.

I can do a bunch of stuff

Skip shift elimation, fan temps, gear changes, tire size changes, rev limiter. this computer will delete your rear o2 sensors so you can run an off-road y pipe. I can also delete all the emissions equipment and desensitize the knock module(like a LT4KM).

Im not a professional tuner or anything, but there are some LT1 file databases and I can probably find a tune for a bolt on car like yours.

I need to keep my emissions cause Texas checks that crap. What do u mean by stocker?

 

You are going to need to put your stock PCM back in for emisions. This is an OBD1 PCM so it wont pass the OBD2 scan at the emissions place that your 97 calls for. You can still keep all the emissions stuff on there and I can still delete it fromt he PCM and it will run fine.

Are you running a stock temperature Thermostate?

 

Oh cool. I do believe i am still running the stock one even though I am the second owner of this car.
