It is a brand new GM part. Not in package, but never installed. I took it out to match it up, then the wife used the box to send a gift to one of our relatives last month. 
I bought it from DAL at Vandervere Olds. I am going to a Delteq system, so I don't need it.
I also have a set of cut to fit MSD 8.5 superconductor wires brand new in box. Perfect for converting to over the valve cover routing. $85 new + Shipping....I will sell for $75 Shipped.
