Neal Chance Racing converter TH400

This is a Th400 converter with antiballooning plate and all the goodies. It is his 8" converter. Stall speed is 5600 rpm's. New never ran just going to his ultra light converter, and that is the reason I am selling this one. These sell for over $700. buy it now for $600.00 obo
