my stolen red ss camaro, look out for parts please

It hurts me to type this, but

MY CAR WAS STOLEN LAST NIGHT!!!!!!!!!

I DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN, PLEASE KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR A 97 SS CAMARO, RED 6SPD. I HAD ALOT OF AUTOCROSS FRIENDLY PARTS ON IT. I WILL POST MORE LATER ON WHAT PARTS I HAD AND ANY DISTINCTIVE STUFF ON IT.

PLEASE PUT THE WORD OUT, I ALREADY MISS IT AND WORST OF ALL, IT HAD LIABILITY INSURANCE. IM NOT GETTIN A SINGLE DIME OUT OF MY INSURANCE COMPANY

please look out for autocross parts for an fbody, i put this here cuz the fbody community is tight knit and i know people here have an eye for this type of thing. we can spot stuff a mile away,

I live in kansas, so people in nearby states please keep an eye out, im afraid i wont be seeing it again.....

might want to post your license plate or something, or if u have the vin number. so if some1 sees a red SS sittin somewhere, they can check to see if its yours. or post some pics. Sorry to hear it was stolen. I've got the same car, but i've had it for more than 4 years now.

Good luck. Hope you find it.

Yeah, VIN or plate number would help.

I've been in the same situation as you have. Hang in there and good luck.

that really sucks. thats a badass car. where was it taken from? you live in a bad neighborhood? some1 had to know how to drive stick. Did they have to break glass to get in?

you would think with so many cops everywere, that it would be easy to find a stolen car, expecally a bright red SS camaro.

do you think some1 stole it for the parts, or just to get across town or to where ever they didnt have a ride to.

where those the wheels you had on it when it was stollen?

I'll keep my eyes open for anything that might show up online.

KSFBA is down right now, which really sucks b/c there are a lot of guys from Manhattan on there and it'd be a lot better if he could put his message on Kansas F-Body.

Damn dude, your car was one that made me want to get a Camaro when we always would eat at the Hillside. I'll make a poster and put some up at my work (Performance Audio in JC).

see if you can get a local news station to do a story on car thefts in your area and interview you and show pictures of your car. it would help to locally get the picture out in the public eye better. IF the car is still local it might make the guys drop it somewhere, on the worse side of things they might chop it quicker. you still stand a good chance at getting it back. good luck man, my heart goes out to ya.

Bumping this back up to the top, I hope that's okay! Maybe a mod could make this a sticky?

He posted on another forum that he got the car back. His clutch is going out, and whoever took it couldn't drive the bad clutch. It was found 2 streets over, all good except for the windows being left down in the rain.
