What I have here is an Eaton Center section out of a 12-bolt, newly rebuilt with the carbon fiber disks in it to replace the steel friction disks that were in it and problematic. The rear and the gears have about 15,000 miles on them. This unit has the drag clutch springs in it (800lb versions instead of the street 400lb versions). It comes with the Moser (or whoever supplies Moser with their gears) 3.73's. After being rebuilt (by Moser) the unit has around 5-800 miles on it before I parked the car and tore it all apart. I bought a spool and cannot use the gears since this carrier is a 3-series and the spool is a 4. Looking to get $425 for the package, and I will pay shipping (excpet outside the US, and it will be ground, with insurance optional that you will be responsible for). Here are some pictures:

how about $400.00? all you would need to do is buy a housing with 9" ends on it, some axles and an install kit. Figure a housing is $919 with ends, or you can get a housing with axles and bearings for $1295, you have yourself a full 12 bolt for about $1700. The full package is over $2000 from Moser.

If you look at just the last set up it is $2249, then an extra $100 for this set up, so you could save yourself a few hundred dollars. This unit is fully rebuildable, and has been a VERY short time ago with the upgraded friction rings.
