The 12 bolt has to come out of the car next weekend and is up for sale. I don't race much anymore and it's a shame to let a stout rear like that go to waste.

Prepped and painted with a rustoleum hammered steel paint (Looks blackish gray with a natural pitted look. Very nice looking) If any of you have seen what the Mosers come looking like from the factory, you will really appreciate this!

This has been a great rear end, but I never got to use it like it was meant to be used. The clutch would always go before I even got shock to the rear end.

All said and done, this thing cost over $2500 with me doing the install. Want $2000 shipped or 1900 picked up. Would rather sell locally, but will entertain all offers.

I do not have any pics of it right now because it is still under the car. I will try to get it cleaned up next weekend after I take it out and get some pictures if you would like.

 

Sounds like a good rear, but I already picked up a good stocker to replace the Moser.

 

How old is the rear end? Is there any noticeable noise?

I bought it around October of 2002, so it is right around 2 years. There is a little whine, but much quieter than my 10 bolt was with 4.10s and it's only around 50-60 mph.

TTT. This rear has never seen a sub 2.0 60 ft track launch and will be completely checked out by a certified shop before it leaves my hands. If anything is worn, I will pay to have it replaced, so you are getting a basically brand new, already painted rear for hundreds off the new price.
