ADMIN EDIT - Changed title to less accusing. Evidently, this has been resolved later in this thread.

OK i am fuming right now. The guy (99bluSS) tells me his adress for the zr1 rims we had a deal id pay 425 then in a week pay 185 for balance due. I send him and email verifying the adress is correct and that im going to send the money order out after work.He emails me back and says its correct but why noit do paypal. Well i have no creditcard and I leave for work. I come to find that after work friday I sent the money order and this morning i email him that i sent money and just now he emails me back saying that.
"Chris, When i didnt hear from you the past day or so i assumed you lost interest in the rims, please cancel tha tmoney order someone has already purchased the rims"
I've never even heard of canceling a money order? So am i screwed or what ? I have his address. Does that help ?

you can cancel the money order. you will need the receipt. if its a moneygram they have forms you can print out and mail in. it usually takes about a month to get your money back though.

Just have him send the moneyorder back to you. As the person who bought it you can cash it. Otherwise it will take a while to get your money back.

What a jerk, Is it me or has there been a lot more scams and sales gone bad lately.

In all fairness, he really didn't SCAM u. He was honest enough to tell u ASAP that he sold the rims.

As long as it is in the process of being cancelled, he cant cash it.

Maybe not, but he had a buyer for his rims and never should have sold them to someone else when a deal was on the table.

I don't buy from someone unless they except Pay Pal.

Tru, I guess I don't really consider it a scam unless someone intentionally takes ur money and never gives u a product.

Ok, now that you've fumed and aparently slung a lot of mud, I made every attempt to contact you, Im sorry my schedual didnt work out where i was at home everytime you needed to get up with me "within a 30 min period before you went to work" I am a person of high standards, and buisness practices, owning my own personal buisness i know how to treat a customer, your money order is one way back to you now as we speak and to make matters worst. i Put it in teh priority mail box and picked up the shipping cost With that said im not even taking the time or energy to deffend myself because, 1. I didnt close any deal with you, You weren't going to pay me the full amount of money until 2 weeks later. 2. i had various other buys interested in my rims athat made better offers than you did for it, So before you start to sling mud and try to make others just see your side of the story you need to step back and reevaluate the entire situation and be lucky that you delt with an honest person instead of someone who would have just taken your money and ran with it

and on one more side note for the rest of you who just to conclusion on the entire scam deal and how this " just is so wrong" thats buisness, welcome to the real world, I had atleast 3 other buyers for those rims, Is it written in some on line rule book that i cant speak with more than one client about purchasing a product? Never closed a deal with this Person, It was at best a lack of communication, when i tried to get up with him he was at work and when he "really needed me to return his emails" which i had done very timely , I was out for that ONE night.

The end.

This was not a scam your right. I posted this when 99bluss tells me to he sells the rims to some one else and i need to cancel my money order. This made me think it was a scam why couldnt he just say he would send the money order back from the begginning. The post office told me it would take up to 7 weeks to get my money if i were to cancel. As to the part where he never confirmed sold, would you give your adress to some1 over the internet not even phone and VERIFY that it's correct. I dont care anymore i just want my money and its coming.
