im also interested in you and your buddies home made setup, is it the same as gmmg? are the pipes mandrel bent?

yes it was mandrel........no it wasnt like the GMMG at all........it was a true dual x-pipe setup dumping at the axle.........it just happened to use the same style of muffler as the GMMG.

i sold my whole setup to ponykillr cause no one around him would build stuff like that.

that looks exactly like the gmmg, since there are bends does that hurt flow? how much would you charge to make me one of those do you use mandrel bent pipes?

the sweet thunder chambered mufflers don't sound like the ones used by GMMG. They actually have less chambers and are much louder...plus the tone itself isn't the same...

who is it that carries chambered mufflers now? summit or thunder?

summit sells the mufflers for about 130 each

i bought them both for about that.

i copied the bends and everything like the gmmg

at WOT is souns quieter than my borla, i like it

well i bought the J bend from jegs, and the extra piping and the local muffler shop did it for me, i am very pleased with his work.

ground clearence? is nt an issue, looks like a regular muffler.

uhh, i dont know about back pressure, look at gmmginc.net under chambered and it looks exactely like that.

i bet the gmmg sounds way better. but i am happy with it, its diff plus i like the look if it i like how its quiet at WOT
