Yes it is. It includes the rack and the bump steer kit. The rack is installed on the car, I'll take it off this week, borrow a digital camera, and post the pictures.

Just so you know, there is one tab included in the kit that should be welded to the K-member. I'll show you pictures of it before I cut the weld.
