LT1Edit OBDI cable

I have an OBDI LT1Edit cable with a file that was used with the cable for you to work off of.

what else do i need to tune the car witht he cable and will it work with a 93

No, the 93's need a chip to be tuned.

What is one the other end of the cable? a USB port? is this like th ALDL cables?

Is the cable end just for OBD1? I have OBD1, but the connection port is OBD2 style. Guessing it wouldn't work?
