LT1 SBC piston rings New in box (2 sets for sale)

-New SBC/LT1 Piston ring set - Total Seal plasma moly - $65 shipped
This is a brand new set of piston rings that I had picked up but then I changed my setup and needed to get the correct size rings. These are brand new in the box for standard bore 4.005”, part #CR9090-5, plasma moly, ring sizes are 5/64, 5/64, 3/16 and are file fit. These are $99 on Summit so you can save $35 bucks on these.

-New SBC/LT1 Piston ring set - Speed Pro moly, ring sizes are 5/64, 5/64, 3/16- $30 shipped

Are these still available?

I need a set of piston rings for a stock 100k+ mile low compression smoking no power LT1 Camaro. Are any of your sets up to this? Haven't taken it apart yet to see exactly what size we need.

We'll talk later if you still have em.

Yup still have them. The total seal ones might work because they are for stock bore. I just don't remember what the stock ring thickness is.

I'm sure they'll fit if they're for stock engine, problem would be if they're oversize and what's the oversize value ? We'll need plenty I reckon to make it work with all the wear. Once the engine is torn apart we'll know, so let me know the oversize on them.

Thanks.

One of these sets is for stock 4.00" bore (4.005) and the other is for a 4.020" bore (4.025).

Well then I might just get the 2nd one. Not sure yet what's the level of wear but 0.02 is the 2nd stepping and sounds ok. When the engine is open and measured I'll let you know right away (should be within the next couple weeks).

So it's like 100$ for a set for all 8 pistons? Can I pay you through paypal (maybe a few dollars more to cover the paypal transfer expense)?

Can you ship USPS International? Cheapest most reliable service from my experience (I live in Romania).

Thanks,
Felix.

Let me know if any of these will work for you. Are you going to be replacing your pistons as well? I do not have any pistons for sale. I do accept Paypal as payment. I will have to check on the shipping to see how much it will cost. The prices I list as shipped are just within the US. I have no problem shipping to Romania, but I will have to charge you additional cost for shipping depending on what it would cost to get it to you in Romania. Can you get me the address or postal codes/information to look into it? Thanks.

The shipping part is easy, USPS.com and click on Calculate Postage, International, Romania, Package (type the est. weight), Priority/Express Mail International.

I just need to rering the engine, but I will need a pair of head gaskets... I'll get em somewhere else probably

I'm just hoping they'll fit my needs That's the big problem. I'll let you know.

Thanks!

I'm interested in the 4.000" standard LT1 rings. Are they still available? If so, and you let me know where to send the money or how to order them, I can PayPal you the money. You'd be shipping to Ohio on these, just so you know.
