LT1 Performance Parts -- Headers, ORP, Cat, Injectors, Rails

Here we go!

Arizona Speed and Marine Headers -- These have a jet-hot coating that's only 1 1/2 years old, but has only seen about 3K miles of use, and most of those being since the headers were installed on the purple car in March. They cleaned up quite nicely, and are in really good shape although there is some minor surface scratches from installation and removal, and one spot where the steering linkage was periodically rubbing. These are THE headers to have if you want to stay emissions legal, not sacrifice ground clearance, but give the car it's most maximized power potential. These are proven headers time after time. I am only selling them because they won't clear my new milodon pan. The 4 wire O2's are included and are low mileage too. These are $750+ new with ASM's cheap coating. The Jet Hot coating of these cost me an additional $275. I want to get $550 shipped for these, or $500 if you pick them up. *Edit* If you purchase the headers for a 94-97 car I will include the Air/EGR Piping for the 93 at no cost so that it will still be a bolt on installation if you're keeping the emissions stuff. The secondary AIR injection pipe I have is almost brand new and the fiberglass head shielding is in perfect shape. A AIR valve for teh drivers side will also be included.

Random Technologies Catalytic Convertor for ASM Headers -- This converter only has about 1000 miles on it, and was pulled when my black car had it's head and cam package installed, and never went back on. This is a VERY high quality catalytic, one of the best on the market. I paid $225 for this back in 2001. Looking for $150 shipped, or $125 picked up.

Thunder Racing Stainless Steel Off Road Pipe for ASM Headers -- Bought this to make a seamless install into the exhaust system. It's a great quality piece that bolted right in without any fuss. The silver hanger is NOT included with this one though. I'm looking for $75 shipped for this piece.

PACKAGE DEAL -- Everything listed above is a package that is well engineered to work with each other. I'm willing to part with the entire setup for $725 shipped, or for $650 picked up. These are all top notch components with low mileage on them.

SVO 24# Fuel Injectors -- Pulled because I'm pulling the motor. These work great, have been operating flawlessly. Have approx 30K miles on them. The ONLY flaw with them is that a couple of years ago I was pulling the rails and tapped one on the manifold and broke the little tan cap. This has NOT affected anything with them. Will take $100 shipped for these. SOLD

93 Fuel Rails and Fuel Pressure Regulator -- Fresh pull from the purple car, in good shape, could stand to be cleaned and a polishing would really wake them up. Good for a standby set or whatever your needs. $50 Shipped

Bump.....Headers will work on 94-97 F-Body's if you delete the AIR/EGR systems and delete the cats on the 96-97 cars.

Here's something I am adding to help out. If you buy the headers, I will include the Secondary AIR Injection tube that goes the the passenger side header and around to the drivers side, as well as the valve and the Air Pump tubing so it will be a bolt on installation for any 94-97 car. It's stuff I'm not going to have any need for anyway. This should help out if you're on the fence.

Your jet hot coating has held up MUCH better than mine, granted I installed mine in 04.

Come to think on it, though, I have probably only put 2k miles on it (if that).

Yeah, I'm actually quite impressed with the quality of the Jet-Hot coating. All of the discoloration seen in the Y-Pipe in the pics above is from a pretty large oil leak from the motor, which was actually a million times worse before I cleaned them up. For 3K miles, compared to the original ASM ceramic coating, this is MINT. That ASM coating was rusting after about 2 months. I really wish I could keep these headers, but the Milodon pan forces me to make the swap.
