wow that sucks! ive bought 2 cars off of here and bought tons of parts, but i do feel ya on the paypal, i have an open case from like 02 for 300 bucks! but for a 1000 dollars id be finding a member close to him to go knock on his door to pay up of hand over the heads!

well im burnt. he called me this morning and said i see u got ur money back from paypal becuz they took 1050 out of my account. well paypaled closed the case becuz he didnt respond and their was no money for them to take so they cant refund me. so basically he was f**kin with me.

you guys got a lot of nerve talking all this **** about me and dont know a ****ing thing about whats goin on. the heads were shipped the day i got the payment and i kept in contact with the buyer and i have been harrassing the post office for weeks now and the heads were found today in PA. the address labels got ripped off of the box. but they located them and are delivering them today. i would never burn anybody on a deal because its happened to me i am always fair and honest.

i paypaled andy $1050 for these heads and its beens 2 weeks and i still have not gotten them. he told me he shipped them priority mail and that i would recieve them in 2-3 days. now hes telling me he shipped them partial post and it takes 4-8 business days. im in philly, its not that far. and he didnt pay .65 cents for a tracking number.
hotrod is helping. he told andy to call me and he did today. he swears he shipped them. so i will give him the benefit of the doubt and wait it out. i just dont understand y he wouldnt have gotten a tracking number and why it takes for hotrod to tell him to answer my calls. so we will wait another week and see. ill keep u guys posted.

I wonder how long it will be before we see Andy again in this thread.....
I'd wager it will be about the time it takes him to think of his next excuse.

well still nothing. onebadponcho all ur info is correct. he is a very bad business man. he did not stay in contact with me at all. the following tuesday after he shipped them untill nov 25 i didnt talk to him except for when hotrod made him call me.

i finally did get them. he wrote my address on a piece of paper and taped it to the box. well it got ripped off. since there was no tracking number they couldnt find it. finally they found it cuz andy contacted a corporate number and i got them.
