Built for a '94 caprice, then car went another way, shortblock is put together, just needs to be paid for and picked up from shop. It's built for a power adder(blower or turbo). Parts installed are the best, and rated for 1000hp. SCAT crank, Eagle rods, SRP pistons from what i remember last. Engine is in Round Lake, IL.
