LT1 383 crank,rods,pistons fully balanced
I am redoing my bottom end for a large shot of nitrous so this stuff has to go. Only 1500 miles.
The entire assy. was internally balanced and everything is labeled. I paid $200 for balancing. The crank is a Scat 9000 series. Rated for 500hp. Better than cast but not quite as good as forged. The rods were resized and ARP hardware was used. The pistons are Speed Pro hyper pistons with a -12cc dish and coated skirts. With the pistons .015 in the hole and a .026 gasket my compression with the LE2 heads was at 11.8:1. No spark retard, it ran good. This set up was NA.
No scoring on the crank main or rod journals and the bearings looked new. Rings look new as well. The rings are fine to re-use but my bearings were over/under to maintain my bearing clearance. I had 4 bolt mains installed and it(block) went out for boring, so no bearings. Besides, reusing those doesn't sound like a good idea, anyhow. I am looking to get $450shipped assuming you are in the mainland US.
