Complete assembly includes lower box, lid, hoses (lid to air silencer/silencer to MAF) and silencer baffle. Taken off my car at 25k miles. Lower box where air filter goes is brand new and in GM packaging. $100. P/U in So Cal only San Diego or OC. Does not include spring clips that hold lid to base.
