that I purchased from a dealer that was pulled out under warranty for bad valve guides. The engine was dis-assembled & completely rebuilt. comes complete with oil pna,timing cover & valve covers. It can be purchased for 2500 plus freight. as is or 3000 with a 12 month warranty. email if interested
