Comp Cams springs shim kit - pn 4757 ?? will these even fit with stock heads?

Non-vented timing chain with gears - never used ?? just the chain or gears as well? part numbers and picks would be great thanks.

 

The shim kit should work fine with stock heads unless I ordered the wrong set :P

I bought them for my original set of heads when I was going to just upgrade the cam and rockers. Ended up getting LE3 heads instead and no longer needed these.

What's the part # and age / mileage of the cloyes timing set?
