I am looking for Ronald Dixon. I sold him some parts way back and he told PayPal that he never received them. I want to see if this is true because they have locked my account. I have never received and e-mail, pm or anything from him on here. Please, if you know him have him contact me ASAP. Thank you. He lives in the Bethal, PA area, or atleast he did back then.

Call Paypal and ask them why they are just taking his side. Even if you don't have a tracking number tell them you never received it back. Paypal is quick to take side of whomever calls in first.
