short block

The short block is stock. I got it with 15000 miles on it a few years ago from a guy who replaced it with a 396 stroker in his 96 Corvette. I had it rebuilt anyway just in case so it has new bearings and oil pump. I put 15000 more miles on it after that in my 95 TA. Now the car has 200000 miles on it so I can't sell it complete because of that so I'm parting it out. Its actually completely assembled and in runnable condition right now but one of the spark plug bores has a threaded insert so I'm parting the whole motor out. (the whole top end is stock 95 LT1) I removed the motor from the car 3 months ago so it hasn't been run since then. I plan on dissassembling it this weekend so if you want pics or something let me know. It has a stock 95 TA cam and timing chain.

Tb

The throttle body is for 94-97 LT1. If I am not mistaken on that I belive the earlier ones had a different cable bracket. I think it will bolt up to earlier LT1s and TPIs but you would probably have to modify your cables. It was installed on a 95 LT1 for aprox 10000 miles.

Those flow #'s are more along the lines of LE2 heads aren't they? I thought the LE3's were around 29x/22x?

They are only about 5cfm difference, its the valve size and runners that get BIG. They should be a 210cc intake runner. The new LE3 heads have a 2.05 intake valve and a 1.60 exhaust

Has the GM847 been used at all or is it still brand new? Is there anything wrong with it. If you have pictures, please send them to cobra_kinder@hotmail.com
