Does this require any wiring or does it just plug in?

It has a sensor like the one on the water pump that goes into the block, you have to remove the drain plug and the wiring is plug and play. It takes about 10 mins to install.

Where is this drain plug I have to remove? Are there instructions with this switch? Sorry for all the questions but I want to make sure this is something I can easily do.

my bad. do you know what size the thread is on the sensor? i'm guessing that the lt1 heads have the same size port in them as the sbc heads, but i'm not totally sure if it will work. if it will work in my 3rd gen, i'll give you 30$ + shipping for it.
