How much should shipping be for 4 wheels + tires?

How much should shipping be for 4 wheels + tires?
Better yet, does anyone know how much 1 wheel + 1 tire weighs?

FYI, all of the tires are already mounted.

I just paid 130 to have my tires and rims shipped UPS from California to Wisconsin.. don't know if it was inline but that seems to be about the going rate.
