Probably only the fact that they are not stock. They were on the car when I bought it and the fact that they have the notch already in the passenger's side for the alternator makes them better than the ones I bought. I bought chrome ones and had to redo the front to make the alternator fit and then cut out the inside flanges to make room for the rocker arms. These are already done. They have been painted/powder coated red and do have a few scratches on them. Thus the price.

The valve covers are powder coated red stockers.

Sorry, I didn't know that but it appears that you're right. When I bought the car he listed them as "custom" and I didn't question it because I didn't know what stock ones looked like and because they were sitting on top of a set of custom AI heads so I just took his word for it. I still would like to get rid of them though if anyone wants them.

Just to clarify definatly wasnt a shot to you or the price your selling them at, the powder coated red looks really good, just didnt want you to run into a argument with someone over them.

Just a note to answer a couple of PM's. The alternator has a brushed aluminum fan/pulley and pulley cover. They are included with the alternator at no extra charge.
