Guaging intrest in my short or long block 383. Open to trades.

Scat 9000 crank
Billet steel 6'' rods
Forged pistons.
ARP, Clevite ect ect
Xe 2360/236
No problems, runs wll. 5000miles- 70% are driving from college to home (michigan to NY- 700 miles each way) Never raced. Never abused. Saw 6500 rpms once, then never above 6000.

Runs strong, smooth, no misses, no problems, no surging. built well. Very Reputable machine shop (B&B in NJ)

If you want the top end too-
Combination motorsports stage II heads
an extra Custom ground cam (xe 236/242, .608/.576)
Chromoly pushrods
Comp R lifters
Powdercoated intake manifold
30# accel injectors.
Head bolts and all that included.

Top end has never so much as been on the car. Zero miles. Assemble it yourelf of I can do if you want.

Only reason I'm selling is that After a season or twoof autocrossing- that crank might break. Its not an issue on a street/strip car. But it is at 7000rpm for hours on end.

anyone got a Gixxer or CBR?

I'll sell the head with the bottom end
Or the bottom end alone

Not just the top end.

I JUST bought a new computer. It actually is set to arrive today

core means you give me your old motor.

Id like to do $3200-$3400 for the bottom end + core shipped/delivered depending on the condition of motor and location.

A new one will cost about $300 -$400 more + about $300 worth of shipping. This motor is nothing but broken in.
