I need a smooth traveling car and thinking about a trade for my 94Z with the following mods...
Rebuilt LT1 (5k)
Rebuilt 4L60E/TCI streetfighter kit (10K)
Ported intake.
Ported throttle body.
Accel 30# injectors.
K&N cold Air
Accel 300+ ingnition w/coil.
LT4 hot cam.
Crane Gold 1.6 full roller rockers.
Crane Race double valve springs.
TSI 2600 RPM Stall converter.
Custom PCM dyno tuning from Dragon Race engineering, Broomfield CO.
Accel adjustable fuel pressure regulator.
QA-1 racing 12 way front adjustables.
H&R 2in drp springs.
17x9 silver SS rims (real GM)
Kuhmo supra tires.
Flowmaster cat back single out (no cat)
Pace setter ceramic coated headers.
RK Sport 4 point Roll cage
NX 150 shot nitrous system w/bottle heater, purge.
Auto Meter 5in tach.
Auto Meter Pillar mount N2o and A/F guages.
Hotchkis strut tower brace.
Hypertech 160 thermostat.
Well...I'm sure I'm forgetting something. ...anyway the car has 150k original miles (mostly Highway) and was just repainted black about 8 months ago using PPG base/clear and looks pretty good. The car has T-tops and the interior is in real good shape. It also has a kenwwod excelon 809 CD player running through a Jensen Amp to Boston Acoustic 6 1/2's.
I have not taken any pictures as of yet but rest assured its pretty nice. The car dynoed around 300 hp to the rear wheels n/a and over 400 on the bottle. And thats being over 5k feet above sea level. At the time of Dyno the car was running to rich while spraying but that was fixed with a change in fuel pill size and made a huge difference in per formance while under juice. The rest of the car has all the Z28 goodies so I'm not going over that.
I'm looking to trade for a stock LS1 6 speed car but willing to think about a auto. Just looking for a car of equal value.
The reason I'm thinkiing about a trade is because I need a quieter more long distance friendlier ride.(getting old)
BTW the car runs great and has had no problems except for stomping on the occasional Vette and Viper.
