Im considering selling my LE1 heads with bigger valves. They flow the same as the LE2 heads but they have single springs. I paid 950 for them plus there is a waiting period of 2+ weeks as far as i know.

Im thinking 800 + your stock castings. They are ready to go with only 500 miles on them.

They are in perfect shape and the only reason that i am selling them is because i have befrended a porter who will port a stock set for free.

Shipping will be paid by each other (you ship yours to me, i ship mine to you).

disco192, Your price seems a little high. Decent used stock heads go for $200. You want $800 plus a set of stock heads that go for $200? That's a $1000 for a set of used heads you paided $950 for new. Something's wrong with this picture. If you can swing it more power to ya. But if you don't get to many replies you'll know why.

 

Well I paid 950 plus 200 for a set of stock castings, so actually i paid 1200 including shipping. 800 for a set of $950 heads doesnt seem outrageous at all. These heads are in high demand and practically new. Im also paying shipping one way, which Lloyd doesnt do, understandably. So if you wanted to get a set ASAP, then this is a pretty good deal IMO.

LE1 heads by themselves are only $750

 

I got the new valves... which is a 200 add on. They are Ferra valves. 750 + 200 = 950.

The only differnece between these heads and the LE2 heads are the springs/retainers.

 

I'll give you $650 plus almost brand new (about 2500 miles total) lt-1 heads

If your heads have aftermarket springs that can handle 600 lift, then we can work something out.

 

They have EX612 springs... I am not sure the exact specs off the top of my head but I believe they are good to 600 lift

Way to dig up old posts.... the heads are called for. They were LE2 ported heads w/ cheaper parts, but were upgraded to full LE2 stuff later.
