I just bought his newly restalled viglante 3600 convertor and he was a pleasure to do business with. He kept me updated every few days and answered my emails within the next day. despite the unfortunete accident his brother recently had. he shipped it second day air because he felt bad for not being able to send it out as soon as he originally planned to.
