GM ZZ 4 , 385 HP Fast Burn w/GM part number 12561732, that includes aluminium dual plane GM intake, water pump, timing chain cover, oil pan, harmonic balancer, cam shaft (385) and valve covers.
No heads, distributor, fuel pump or engine mounts. It has about 2000 miles on the engine, excellent condition and will make up to 450 HP with the right heads and cam/lifters.
