I'm doing a cam swap in about a month so I'm upgrading to LTs if I can sell my mids. I bought them used and I have used them for about 12K miles now. The AIR hookups are blocked permenatley but I still use the EGR hookups. The one primary on the drivers side is dented in a little to clear the steering shaft. They are uncoated but I sanded them down and applied several coats of very high temp silver paint on them and they still look good today. The gaskets are not included but I may include the header bolts if you need them.

Includes both headers and matching y-pipe.
