Gauging Interest - BeCool Aluminum Radiator for LT1

BeCool Oversized, Aluminum Radiator for LT1 F-Bodies, part number 60028.

This: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/BCI-60028/

I'll try to be brief - this radiator has a leak in it and I replaced it with a new, identical one. I was forced to drive out to Summit to get one because I had already "done a deal" to sell the car and I had no time to remove the radiator, get it fixed and reinstall it - it needed replaced to close my deal. Now, the car is gone and I have this radiator that would probably be fine if it were repaired.

I am thinking of listing it as-is or taking it to a radiator shop and having it repaired and then listing it after the repair is made.

Would anyone be interested in this piece and if so, would you want it repaired (remember, I can't install and test it so we would need to trust the repair shop) or take it as-is and get it repaired yourself?

This is a nice piece.

where is the leak located on the radiator? how big is the hole/crack? How much are you looking for as is?

I couldn't tell exactly where the hole was - there was steam coming off the rad and it dispersed a bit. It wasn't bad and, in fact, I ran two more on-track sessions (road race course) after I noticed it. It wasn't bad but it wasn't the best idea to continue and I certainly couldn't leave it on the car and sell it to the buyer with a straight face.

Since I really don't know what it would take to fix it, it's a little difficult to come up with a fair price. However, as-is, I think $100 plus shipping is more-than-fair. When I bought the new radiator, I kept the box and packing materials so that it would be easy to ship if I ever sold it. The reason I point this out is that the box is pretty big so shipping might be a factor.

I would be glad to get a shipping estimate if you can tell me the zip that it will go to.
