what is the upper dash bezel exactly?

is the upper dash peice the peice that goes all the way up tp the front windshiled? If so, ill take it.

The dash is the black peice that goes around the gauges, the a/c controlls, and has the two upper vents in it. I have a picture of it on my website on page 5.

It is not the dash pad that goes up to the windshield.
