Brand New GM 4 bolt main shortblock. The starter ear was broken off during shipping, this is 110% fixable and wont cost a ton to fix either(prolly 100-200) if you dont fix it the internals are worth 800-900 alone. the internals are all GM brand new parts! if you would rather part it out it would be cheaper to ship if i dissaembled it and shipped everthing out.
