The package reads:

They work fine, I just took them out of my beater (had a 92 Regal) that I traded in on a new car. They were only used for like 3 weeks tops. They still work, put out quite a bit of light. They shine pure white with a little blue hue. No yellow at all.
Really nice bulbs, I'd like to get $20 shipped any where in the lower 48 states for the pair. I have no use for them anymore.
