FS: OEM SS wheels w/GSD3 tires
I'm starting a fun project of transplanting a LS-1/T-56 into a '99 Mazda Miata. The donor car is a wrecked '00 SS, which I'm going to be parting out as I figure out what's worth selling and what I need for the conversion.
One thing I don't need is the SS wheels and tires. These wheels are used, with the attendant small blemishes and curb rash from 80K miles of use. The tires are 275/40R-17 GY GSD3s; the fronts are worn evenly at 6/32" (10/32 new), the rears are 9/32 and 5/32. The limited slip portion of the diff is dead, so that might explain it.
I drove the tires on the front of my '94 Z-28 to see how they felt, and all four are smooth with no vibration. The tires have plenty of grip going around a small traffic circle.
Photos are available on request. Considering the good, but not excellent, appearance of the wheels, and the good value of the tires, I'm wanting $600, buyer pays shipping from zip code 76049. Paypal and certified funds only, please.
Mods, I think I'm doing this right; if not please let me know.
Thanks for looking, and have a good one,
Mike

I've got the pictures, but I can't figure out how attach photos.
I didn't get a chance to upload the pictures last night, but I'll definitely get it done as soon as I get home from work today. That way at least I'll be able to provide links to the photos.
Thanks for responding, and have a good one,

OK, I've got them up on Photobucket. I'm going to just post the links because I loaded them up full size so hopefully you can get the detail you desire. I re-measured the tread depth and came up with 2 at 5/32, 1 at 6/32, and 1 at 9/32. One tire has a plug in it; I tried to get that in the 2nd tread depth photo.

Weight update
For those of you considering these wheels&tires, I just weighed one and it's right at 48 lbs. / wheel&tire. My experience has been that FedEx Home Delivery is cheaper than UPS, at least for an individual.
Have a good one,

I've been asked about breaking the tires and wheels apart. According to Brent's website the SS wheels weigh around 22 lbs each, so the tires would be around 25 lbs. ea.

Back on sale
Don't know what happened to Red Blur, he no showed after the initial PM exchange.
I'm going to be separating the wheels and tires this weekend; it seems most want just the wheels and I can use the tires on my Vette. I'll post updated pictures when I get that done.
