FS: Non-vented opti

Hey Guys,

Selling the spare optispark I bought for the camaro. It's the early non-vented (ie, SUPER expensive) one. I bought it from a guy on the here a few months ago. It has 300 miles on it. He put it on his brand new rebuilt motor and was having running condition problems and threw a new one on it. It didn't fix it, so this one is good. The problem ended up being a bad ground somewhere in his car, IIRC.

Looking to get what I paid for it... $200 shipped.

Also have the 94 GM FSM set (2 books) for the 94 F-body if anyone is intersted. 50 bucks shipped.

Thanks for looking!

~Bill

(If there's no interest, gonna put 'em on ebay in a coupl'a days)

Well, if the problem is that you need a new opti, it does.

But no, it does not address any shortcomings on the GM design. This is a factory GM optispark. It's not a conversion or anything like that.

Hope that answered your question.

It's always a good idea to have a spare opti though, especially with the early style. They always go at the worst possible time, and to get one new is more than 400 bucks...
