FS: Nickle Coated Longtube Headers & Y pipe with Electric cutouts

Pacesetter Longtube headers.

I ordered bare and they had emission fittings. I cutoff the fittings and welded them shut.

I ported the flanges for maximum flow.

Had them specially nickle coated/dipped. This is a metallic coating, both inside and out that holds up to all sorts of conditions VERY well. Ceramic cant compare in rust prevention (my hookers rusted in a couple months with ceramic). Plus nickle coating looks good too!

Also have the matching off road Y pipe, with custom fit twin electric QTEC cutouts and all wiring. These cutouts both work, dont leak. One is practically brand new, and the other one I had rebuilt recently. I built my own flanges for these so the welding isnt the prettiest, but the fitment is top notch, with little to no loss in ground clearance.

NOT interested in parting out the headers Y pipe or cutouts, sorry. $750 for everything.

Pictures do these headers justice. In person they are shiney, but the flash makes them look brighter than what they actually are. They look much like a stainless header in person. 02s not included

If rust can't be had with this nickel coating then why are your pipes all rusted? I know around the welds but that should have been taken off by the coaters right?
Sorry, not trying to be rude just curious.

He said the headers were nickel coated, not the Y pipe.

Yes the headers are Nickle coated, the Y pipe is just mild steel which is why it is a little rusted.

The only place that the headers are marked is where they were clamped onto the Y.

For comparison, here are my old hooker headers, ceramic coated, after a couple MONTHS.
ewwwww.

Yes they will fit a 93.

Is price negociable? I don't know what you have invested in them, I dont want to insult you with a lowball offer. Maybe partial trade for a nitrous kit? Let me know man.

I have a little over $1000 in everything, plus time in fabrication of the cutouts and porting the flanges.

Go ahead and shoot me an offer, I'm not easily insulted. lol.

Trades are always possible too. What is the story on the nitrous kit, I need to make my C5 faster

Do these lower the stock ground clearance?

Any longtube header sits lower than the stock exhaust. You are cramming a lot more, longer, and thicker exhaust in the same size space.

With that being said, my car is lowered with the Eibach Pro Kit on it and I NEVER once scraped these headers. I did barely grab the Y pipe once over a huge speed bump, but once again it barely touched and did no damage other than a couple light scratches on the pipe itself.

The cutouts are tucked up very tightly, you shouldnt ever hit those either.
