i know this sounds stupid but what about the harmonic balancer cuz its inside the pulley?

 

Not s stupid question at all. You need to pull the stock pulley and balancer. Then you put this pulley on, then you put the stock pulley and balancer back on as you need the stock balancer. I have the longer bolts and shorter belt you will need. You just need to rent the puller from autozone if you do not have one.
