FS: everything needed for built TH350 swap

I am wanting to sell my TH 350 out of my trans am. has the SFI approved JW ultrabell, deep aluminum tranny pan, reverse manual valve body, trans brake, transmission specialties hardened steel drum with 36 element sprag, all the good stuff inside. conversion kit to run the factory torque arm and 4l60e speed sensor so the factory speedo will work with the TH350. 4000 (on motor) 5000 (on 150shot) Midwest stall convertor (great stall, never had any compaints with it) tranny has about 200 miles on it since seasonal freshen up

I will also include the tranny cooler, steel braided lines, dipstick tube, custom 3" steel drive shaft (driveshafts unlimited) with 1350 yokes, B&M hammer shifter. EVERYTHING YOU NEED to get the swap done

Re: FS: everything needed for built TH350 swap

Even though I am unsure, it should handle 750HP all day long without a problem. I have seen many people run deep in the 9's with built th350's similar to mine. I was pretty close to 700 on the jug when i was running it. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it, and i didnt go cheap on any of the parts.

I'm in the process of selling my built 4L60E and converter. Once I get all this done if you still have the trans I will most likely take it.

Re: FS: everything needed for built TH350 swap

I'm guessing the driveshaft is the correct length for just a Moser 12 bolt?

Could you get some more pics of everything? There's a lot of stuff I won't need, like the converter and shifter, which you should be able to sell separately pretty easily. Thanks man.

Also, how many miles on the whole setup? What's the reason for selling? Ever have any problems with the transbrake or anything else? How big is the tranny cooler?

Re: FS: everything needed for built TH350 swap

the driveshaft is the correct length for the 12 bolt, i was running the same in my 94 TA. mileage on the whole setup is less than 4000 miles, but like i said i had it freshened up every season (february) i had problems with the car in march. and it sat for 6 months before i decided to part it out and get a vette. the convertor was just re-stalled 200 miles ago because i wanted to go with a 5000 rpm stall instead of teh 4000 on nitrous. I never had a problem withthe trans brake, the only problem i ever had was withthe drum..thats when i got the transmission specialties 36 element sprag steel drum. they said if i broke that, i would have to go witha diferent tranny. the tranny cooler was teh biggest one i could find, i foget exactly what it was though. i can get some more pics, but thats pretty much it if you arent interested in the shifter. i can take some off if you arent wanting the shifter or stall. let me know

Cool man I will definetely let you know. Got my trans and converter all but sold. Should be about ready to buy it in a weak. Could you hold dibs for me? I want the tranny, cooler and conversion stuff. Don't want the shifter, converter, or driveshaft.

Could you get some pics to me sometime anyway? What size lines are for the tranny cooler? -6 AN?

Re: FS: everything needed for built TH350 swap

I'll send you a down payment as soon as I get my money for my converter that a guy is getting ready to buy, shouldn't be more than a day or two. No prob on the pics taking a while I'm real busy right now too. haha

I'm having dreams of a RMVB and a brake.
