They are 17 x 8.5 front 18 x 9.5 rear. I just sold my set of Y2K's off a 00 C5.

 

If I am not mistaken they are 17x8.5 and 18x9.5. I believe the wider 17X9.5's and 18X10.5's are a Z06 profile.
