T56 with bellhousing and a new Fbody Flywheel (needs to be resurfaced due to surface rust). Solid T56, didn't make any mysterious noises but it did occasionally (once every week or two) pop out of 3rd gear. I would suggest a basic refresh, at least take it apart and replace the 3-4 synchronizer.
