Re: FS:3 new forged cola cranks 400 each
I am trying to get pics for the 3.48. I probably wont have them until this weekend. All cranks are 1 piece rear main and all are 4340 forged.
The 3.800 crank is used for a 388 CID. also uses 5.7" rod. The 3.625 is used to build a 370 CID with a 6" rod. The crank you are looking for is a 3.750 stroke to build a 383.

Re: FS:3 new forged cola cranks 400 each
I'm assuming that 3.8" crank is the 4340 cola crank they use in the ZZ383 crate motor?
Just to let you guys know, you can use these in an LT1. I built mine with one. Have it internally balanced (cost me $300 total) and use certain off the shelf 383 pistons depending on compression height- no special pistons required. And if you guys need them, I have a set of std. bore hypereutectic zz383 pistons and 4340 I beam Scat rods that are coming out of my motor for H beam and forgings for nitrous. So if you are worried about pistons and rods, I have a set for the 3.8" stroke. 10.2:1 compression on stock heads. Makes 382 ci. Clears the block well.
Good quality cranks, btw. My machinist was impressed.

Re: FS:3 new forged cola cranks 400 each
Hell, if nobody picks that 3.8" crank, I might take it and have it offset ground a little bit. My machinist compared mine to another, I think it was a lunati, and the only thing it lacked was knife edging on the counterweights.
Saw the pic of the crank. Hell I might pick it up from ya instead if nobody else wants the thing.
