FS: 1998 TURBO Formula WS6
1998 Pontiac Formula WS6 M6 Black/med. graphite leather
Mods:
Turbo Technology Inc T-76 single turbo street kit
F-body Central (Jackson Machine) built 348:
2002 LS6 block, forged rods, pistons, Manley valves, Comp Cams 918 valve springs, Comp Cams pushrods,
Comp Cams OEM lifters, custom turbo cam
50LBS Holly injectors
Mcleod single disk kevlar clutch
B&M shifter
BMR front and rear swaybars
Tom Byrne Subframes
BMR lower control arms
SCR billet panhard rod
3" downpipe to cutout to cat to GMMG catback
Trans Am raised spoiler
Uninstalled mods that come with it:
Bosch 420l external fuel pump
Speed inc billet fuel rails
Speed inc aluminum sump tank
performance fuel filter
Also comes with AutoTap diagnostic cables. (windows software free off website)
Known issues:
3" downpipe currently hits lower steering knuckle. Only causes some vibrations.
Does not affect steering.
Some cosmetic spots on body, nothing major.
Minor curb rash on both passenger side rims.
Some scratches on the interior plastic.
Stock CD player wont play CD's.
There is some rattling in the rear I have not figured out. Its been there since day one of
owning the car and has nothing to do with the current mods. I believe it may be the wing.
Rear Hatch struts need replacing, have replacements just never got around to replacing.
Rotors are warped and should be replaced.
Rear suspension creaks, replaced springs, shocks, control arms, and panhard rod to no avail.
Will pop out of 3rd gear at very low RPMs, has been doing it for awhile now with no sign of degredation
Left side steering wheel radio control light burned out.
Car made 420HP on 7PSI. Optimal PSI for this size turbo is 10-12. Boost is kept low since its
still on the stock rearend. Everything on this car was built with the expected goal of 600HP. Just
have no money to finish it off and won't for several years.
This car is daily driven. It will not pass VA emissions, have no idea about other states. It may pass inspection. It has not been to the track since its been back on the road.
New engine has about 4000 miles on it. 63k Original miles.
