Formula 03, Dishonest

I agreed to buy a cam from this guy and got burned. On the message board he's mellow and seemingly cooperative, but he's just a dishonest weasel. Watch out if you deal with him! Previous to theses PM's, he agreed to refund money an recieve this cam back, agreeing to my suggested terms posted in a thread in this forum, then his tone changed to "COMPUTER TOUGH GUY". He's got gut's claiming to be an ARMY SOLDIER with his lack of integrity.

PM'S:

I'll ship the cam the day after I recieve the the order, I usually don't get home until 7 or 8 in the evening. Ill let you know the day is ships.

There is no way in hell im sending money before the cam gets here and i can varify that it is in fact the same cam i sent you, sounds a little like you are trying to screw me. Would summit send you money before they got there parts back. The answer is no!!!! Now i know you are just screwing with me and there is no way in hell that im taking it back you bought and i was going to work with you but not anymore. Enjoy your new cam!

Josh,
You're the one who sent me a cam that wasn't what you said it was, I don't want your cam. That being said, why would I send it
first? Summit is a reputable company, your not. Summit would've sent me a brand new cam as specified, you didn't. I don't want to accuse you of trying to burn me, but you can understand my skepticism after recieving something different than what I paid for. I was going to offer to set up a PayPal acct. to show you I'm not out to screw anyone, but I guess you already decided to screw whoever bought this cam. Being that your "tone" has changed so drastically, I think you knew that this cam wasn't new but advertised it as new. If I send you the cam first, you'd say it wasn't the same cam, keep my money anyway and resell the cam. I guess that other member was right about you, why would you wait 4 mo. to tell him he sold you a bent rim? Unles you bent it yourself. I may be "junior member" but any transaction I have made with members of this board was honest and complete. I HAVE INTEGRITY! That's okay, play "COMPUTER TOUGH GUY", it's easy to be tough from 800 mi. away. If you're wiling to be a man and resovle this, that would be fine. I don't give you that much credit though. I'm also waiting to hear back about this actually being a TPIS cam and what the actual spec's on it are, (being that you gave me different spec's than what you advertised after I paid you), if it's not I be sure to let you know. Someone like you isn't worth getting angry over, someday you'll screw the wrong person and end up in a bad situation, best of luck!
