i can get a brand new crank from scat or bier brothers performance for $200 - $287, and yours is damaged on the end.

is this a balanced assembly?

The crank shows to be a factory forged truck crank, 86-88 was when it was used.

Also the pistons show to be cast, not forged, forged would end with nf.

If you can get a new forged crank fron SCAT for 200 bux, do it! I might get you to pick me up a couple too!

Yes, but note also that all the forged ones end with and f, this one ends in an n!

Maybe that's the new stuff?

Just as it says above, if it starts with an "L"...it's forged.
