Sorry, wrong board maybe... but does anyone know someone who does minor repairs to alloy rims so that they can resell them?

I recently bought a remanufactured 17" alloy wheel for my '99 Expedition and kept the old one for "trade in" value. The old one has minor (4" maybe) chip along the edge of the rim from hitting a curb

Does anyone know someone in the business? I also have an extra 265-70-17 Goodyear Wrangler tire (with < 10K miles on it).

Wheel and tire would make a much better spare than the steel wheel!
