if you are positive and fully aware that you want a cut pipe you can have it just cover the shipping costs.

As soon as that can be possible i will do it. I got sprayed with OC yesterday at work for training which is the equivalent to pepper spray and i can barely see right now to even type this up. If you can trust me enough just to send about $40 for shipping if there is an amount left over i can throw it in the box so this could be quicker. If not i can understand and i'll get the quote asap. But if you saw in an earlier post, usps quoted $37. Let me know.
